Discover Church is a new church coming to San Marcos, CA in September 2025. Led by Pastors Kyle and Kara Veach, Discover is launching out of Daybreak Church in Carlsbad.
Our mission is to help people follow Jesus, find community, and discover their purpose in a church that is full of joy and the hope of God. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or looking for a church to call home, we can’t wait to meet you!

WHY SAN MARCOS?
San Marcos is a vibrant, growing community full of new families, new businesses, and new opportunities. Between Cal State San Marcos, Palomar College, and the expansion of North City, there is an ever growing need for people to encounter the hope of Jesus.
San Marcos is known as one of the fastest growing cities in San Diego county, but at the same time, fewer and fewer people are connected to a church. And yet, the hunger for something more is everywhere. People are looking for help in raising their kids, strengthening their marriages, and figuring out what their purpose really is.
We believe the local church is God’s answer to that need. Discover Church exists to help people follow God, find community, and discover their purpose.
